Today, I’m going to share with you one of my all-time favorite recipes: Chef Sven’s Irresistible Swedish Pancakes. These pancakes are light, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. They have a slightly sweet flavor, making them perfect for both breakfast and dessert. You won’t be able to resist these mouthwatering treats!

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
  7. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the other side is lightly browned.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or maple syrup.
